In the heart of Hammamet, Dar Fenina brings together the warmth of a Tunisian guesthouse and the spirit of a small-scale coliving. With only five suites, the house is intentionally intimate: small enough to know the people you share it with, while giving everyone the freedom to enjoy their own space.
The project continues a first coworking and community adventure launched in Hammamet with Nomad Escape. Dar Fenina is the next chapter: a more complete place to live for a few days or several weeks, work remotely, share a meal, join an activity or simply enjoy the rhythm of Hammamet.

Our idea is simple: to offer more than a room. Dar Fenina is a meeting point for travellers, digital nomads, entrepreneurs, sports lovers and anyone curious to experience Hammamet differently. Coworking, yoga, sports, beach activities, local experiences and spontaneous shared moments are all part of life here.
A Tunisian Dar to live in
The central courtyard — the “Wost el Dar” — shared spaces and indoor and outdoor pools give the house its character. We want to preserve this Tunisian identity while creating a simple, welcoming place adapted to the way people live and work today.
